At Little Light & Thread LLC, we create and curate products with care and want you to love your purchase. Because we offer a mix of handcrafted items and print-on-demand products fulfilled by third-party providers, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
1. Handmade Products
For items made and shipped directly by us (such as candles, journals, or gift boxes):
- Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items, custom orders, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products
Some products, such as tote bags, blankets, and other custom-printed items, are fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.
- Made-to-Order: POD products are created specifically for your order and cannot be returned or exchanged for size, color, or preference reasons.
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your POD item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with our printing partner to provide a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
